What's the rug return policy?

Every Flooret rug comes with a 30-Day Home Trial under our Love It Guarantee. Live with it, and if it isn't the right fit, send it back at no cost.

Eligibility

Your rug qualifies for a refund if it's:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Clean and free of stains, spills, odors, or pet damage
  • Free of damage beyond normal use (walking on it, vacuuming, and furniture placement are all fine)
  • Sent back using our prepaid return label
How to Return or Exchange
  1. Contact support@flooret.com to start your return or exchange.
  2. Attach the prepaid label to your box.
  3. Drop it off at your nearest carrier pick up location.

Want a different rug instead? Exchanges are complimentary during your 30-day trial. You'll pay or be refunded the price difference if you switch to a higher or lower-priced rug.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
