How Many Planks Come in a Box, and How Big Are the Boxes?

Box counts, coverage, and sizes vary by collection. Every figure you need is below: planks per box, square footage per box, box dimensions and weight, and full pallet specs for freight planning.

All pallets are 40" wide or less and ship via LTL freight on a standard 48"-wide truck. All carriers are required to have a lift gate and pallet jack on board.

 

 

Common Questions

How much does one box cover?
Coverage per box is listed above and on each product page. If you're calculating how many boxes to order, add at least 8% overage for cuts and waste, and keep the remainder as attic stock for future repairs.

Will a pallet fit through a standard garage door?
Standard garage doors are 84"+ wide and all pallets are 40" wide or less. Most customers move boxes individually from the pallet rather than moving the whole pallet inside.

Can I stack pallets to save storage space?
Pallets should not be stacked in transit or storage. Stacking can damage the flooring and may affect warranty coverage on damaged product.

Can my delivery driver bring the flooring inside?
All freight deliveries are curbside. The driver will lower the pallet via lift gate and move it with a pallet jack, but will not bring it into your home or garage. Plan to have help on hand to move boxes inside.
