How does Sample Rewards work?

Order your samples. Cut samples, full plank samples, and sample kits all qualify.
Once your order ships, that amount becomes store credit on your account automatically. No code, no request needed.
Use your credit at checkout on your next order, any time within 60 days.

Credit reflects what you paid. If a discount applied to your sample order, your credit reflects the discounted amount. Sales tax isn't included.
It works store-wide, not just on flooring, and stacks with other promotions.
It's all or nothing. Credit applies in full at checkout and can't be split across orders.
Redemption is online only, at checkout while signed into your account, the credit will be available to use towards your order. While our team can help put an order together, credit is only available for orders placed through the online checkout page.

Can I use my credit on something other than flooring?

Yes, it applies to any product in our store.

What if I don't use my credit in time?

It's available for 60 days after it's issued. After that, it's no longer available.

Every dollar you spend on samples counts toward your full flooring order. Sample as many colors and styles as you need, and that spend comes back to you as credit once you're ready to order.
