How Do I Order Samples?
You can order samples online, by live chat, or by phone, and sample shipping is free across the U.S. Three sample formats cover every stage of deciding.
Your Sample Options
- Curated Sample Kit: best for early-stage shoppers comparing a full collection side by side. Preset bundles of 12" cuts. Ships in 2-3 business days.
- 12" Cut Sample: quick color checks and comparing specific tones. No quantity limit. Ships in 2-3 business days.
- Full Plank Sample: see pattern repeat, texture, and bevel detail at scale. Limit of 4 per color and size. Ships in 3–6 business days.
All collections are available as full plank samples, with two exceptions. Silvan 7" is not offered as a full plank. Instead order the Silvan 6" full plank to see the same color at scale. Provence is available as 12" cut samples only.
How to Order
You can order samples and kits three ways:

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Where We Ship
We ship samples across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, at no extra charge. Shipping to Canada is available by special request. Reach out via live chat or phone and we'll see what we can do.

Which should I order, a kit or individual samples?
If you're still exploring and want to see a range of options side by side, start with a curated sample kit. If you already have a few specific colors in mind, 12" cut samples are the quickest way to compare them. When you've narrowed it down to one or two finalists, order a full plank to see how it really lives in your space.
How much do samples cost?
Our samples are priced at $2.99 (cut) and $20 (full plank), with kits ranging from $6–$15.
Can I return samples?
We don't accept sample returns at this time, but you can pass them along through our Sample Recycle Program. We'll send you a prepaid label so your samples can go to a friend, family member, or fellow homeowner who's shopping for new floors.
