How Do I Place an Order?

Order online anytime or work with a member of our team by chat, phone, or email.

Order Online
  1. Browse collections: Modin LVP, Arista Laminate, Silvan Hardwood, Provence Hardwood, or Trim & Accessories.
  2. Select your product and quantity. Make sure the square footage matches your project (plus overage if applicable).
  3. Add to cart and check out. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
 
 

You'll receive an order confirmation email once processed, and a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order is booked with a carrier.

  • Credit / debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, all major cards accepted.
  • FlexPay: Monthly installments. 0% APR for qualified buyers. Applying uses a soft credit check only, so it won't affect your credit score.
  • PayPal Credit: 0% interest for 6 months, zero down on qualifying purchases.
  • Resolve (commercial accounts only): Net-60 payment terms. Pre-approval is required before placing your order. Apply at app.resolvepay.com/flooret.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an existing account. Simply enter your shipping and contact details at checkout. An account is automatically created with the email you use.

Can I use more than one payment method?

How does shipping work?
