How Canada Shipping Works

1. Flooret to a U.S.-based forwarder. Covered by our standard freight shipping. We recommend partnering with a customs broker for import paperwork.
2. Forwarder to your address. The forwarder delivers across the border. Cost and timing are set between you, your forwarder, and your broker if used.

Samples and small parcel orders can also ship to Canada, with additional costs confirmed at the time of ordering.

How to Place Your Order

Online checkout isn't available for Canada, all orders, including samples, go through our sales team: 

1. Call 1-800-700-8122 with your order details and Canadian shipping address.
2. For freight orders, share your forwarder's name and U.S. shipping address.
3. We process your order and ship to your forwarder.
4. You coordinate with your forwarder and customs broker for the border crossing.

A forwarder is required. A broker is recommended to handle duties, taxes, and paperwork.
