Contiguous United States

Alaska and Hawaii

Yes. Freight orders ship through a freight forwarder of your choice. Samples and small parcel orders ship directly to your address. For forwarder recommendations and step-by-step ordering instructions, see Do You Ship to Alaska or Hawaii?.

Canada

We don't ship directly to Canada, but customers regularly receive Flooret flooring there through a U.S.-based freight forwarder. All Canada orders, including samples, are placed by phone with our sales team at 1-800-700-8122. For the full process, see Do You Ship to Canada?.

P.O. Boxes

Cut samples can ship to a P.O. Box. All other orders, including full plank samples, flooring orders, and accessories, require a physical delivery address.
