How Long Does Delivery Take?
Here's what to expect from order placement to arrival at your curb.
- Cut samples: 2–3 business days
- Full-size samples: 3–6 business days
- Trim and transition orders: 4–8 business days
- Freight flooring orders: 4–8 business days
*Orders shipping to rural or remote areas may take a few extra days.
TruePlank and TrueStep pieces are made to order and require a short build time before shipping. If your order includes TruePlank or TrueStep alongside other flooring, the entire order ships together once the made-to-order items are ready, unless otherwise approved.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a Flooret email with the carrier's tracking details. Freight orders are delivered curbside by appointment. Check our How Does Shipping Work? for more details.
Common Questions
Can I delay my shipment if I'm not ready?
Yes. At checkout, select the requested Shipment Date for your order, and we'll hold your order until you're ready. An estimated or firm release date is required at the time of the order, but can be adjusted by request any time prior to shipment. See How Do Holds Work? for details.
When does the delivery window start for made-to-order items?
The 4–8 business day freight window begins after the approximately 2-week build time is complete, not at order placement.
Do delivery times differ for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
Yes. These orders route through a freight forwarder, which adds a final leg to be coordinated between yourself and the forwarder. See Do You Ship to Alaska or Hawaii? and Do You Ship to Canada?.
